RETURNS

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Make sure to record a video while unboxing — it's required for claims involving damaged or incorrect items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping charges up to ₹50. :)

Note: We do not accept returns for orders placed in the wrong size.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Processing Time:

  • UPI refunds: 1–3 business days
  • Card refunds: 3–5 business days

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us via any of the support channels below.
